ITIP Update 2010 Seminar: "The European Patent and the European Union Patent. Where are we?"

The Magister Lvcentinvs is one of the most prestigious European centres providing specialized education in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law and Practice.

Pursuing its objective of contributing to the expansion of specialized IP and IT knowledge in
Europe, the Magister Lvcentinvs has launched a programme of “Special Modules” in 2010, in
collaboration with different institutions and firms. Their aim is to provide a practical and internationalized
training on IP and IT law and practice.

This programme is a 25-hour advanced and intensive course covering some of the most recent
developments in both the European Patent System and the EU Patent System. Substantive and
procedural issues will be explained in detail by experienced EPO professionals.

The working language is English.
